Established firm is seeking an experienced customer service representative fluent in Spanish and English to interact professionally with customers in person, by phone, and by email. Duties include processing orders, setting up shipments, resolving discrepancies, and confirming deliveries. Additional responsibilities include phone reception, lunch ordering, and clerical tasks. This person will also assist the sales team in assembling sales collateral, shipping samples, and ordering office supplies. Strong English/Spanish communication required.
