Large organization in downtown Greenville is seeking experienced Spanish and English speaking call center professionals to assist customers with investigating and resolving issues with accounts. This long-term contract has a monthly bonus potential and the possibility of going permanent! Candidates should be able to comfortably communicate in Spanish and English through telephone and email communication. Must be able to remain calm and deal with difficult customers effectively as well as pay great attention to detail and manage multiple priorities.
